Cebu Business Park

The Cebu Business Park is an integrated development and is the premier business district in Southern Philippines. It is the only masterplanned business subdivision that integrates the natural environment in a business setting. It is owned and developed by Cebu Holdings, Inc. (CHI), an affiliate of Ayala Land, Inc.

The Cebu Business Park is the district in Cebu that integrates business, high-rise residential, shopping, and sports and recreational facilities. This 50-hectare master-planned development is complete with world-class utilities and is home to some of the top local and international companies. Cebu Business Park offers a comprehensive range of support services like a mall, sports and recreation centers, convention facilities, and other special interest and attraction establishments which can cater to the needs of its growing population.

Ayala Center Cebu, Cebu Business Park’s centerpiece, is the shopping and lifestyle destination of the region. CHI continues to keep Ayala Center Cebu at the forefront of introducing new lifestyle trends and concepts.

On May 4, 2010, Presidential Proclamation 2053 was issued officially designating the Cebu Business Park as an I.T. Park upon recommendation of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. With this, investors and locators in PEZA-accredited IT Parks will be entitled to certain fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to encourage investment. To date, Cebu Business Park is the largest operating PEZA-accredited I.T. park in the country. Cebu Business Park is strategically located to co-exist with the development plans and directions of Cebu City’s urban growth. Cebu Business Park’s major streets serve as a vital part of Cebu City’s radial road network in the northern district.

Cebu Business Park is strategically located in uptown Cebu City and can be accessed from all points through major thoroughfares. Proximate and within the park are major hotels, condominiums and restaurants, many of which are in walking distance. It is located approximately three kilometers from residential subdivisions in the north, and fifteen kilometers from Mactan International Airport. The provincial government's office is only a kilometer away while downtown is two kilometers away.
