Asiatown I.T. Park

Asiatown I.T. Park is the flagship project of CHI subsidiary, Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation. Conceived as an integrated special economic zone and modern trading center, Asiatown I.T. Workforce grew by 54 percent in 2010. Full-time employees in the area primarily engaged in business process outsourcing (BPO) reached more than 20,000 from just 13,000 the year before. Inventory for BPO spaces increased with a total gross floor area of 71,000 square meters, as three new towers are under construction and projected for completion in 2012. Residential development also accelerated within Asiatown I.T. Park. Four residential towers started construction in 2010. Among them were Avida Towers Cebu 1 and 2. The ongoing construction will bring in a total of 143,000 square meters of gross floor area for BPO, residential and commercial use within the I.T. Park.
