MANILA-based company No Limits, Inc. has expanded to Cebu, with the opening of its Korean restaurant KPub BBQ at the Ayala Center Terraces.

KPub BBQ is the brainchild of president and proprietor George Pua, who said that the restaurant is the result of his culinary adventures in Korea.

“You have to love what you serve. This (Korean) is one of my favorite dishes,” Pua said.

CEBU should work on developing its talent information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) sustainably to improve its current ranking in Tholons 100, a key industry offial said.

Cebu City was identified the seventh best site in the world for outsourcing in 2016, up from last year’s eighth spot, dislodging Pune in India from the position.

Manila, on the other hand, remained on the second spot after Bangalore in India, which topped the list.

Tita Baad, chairperson of the Cebu City Tourism Commission, said most of the balikbayans came from the US, particularly San Francisco, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, and other parts of the world.
