The partnership brings together ALI’s track record in developing masterplanned, sustainable communities and AboitizLand’s vast and deeply-rooted real estate experience in Cebu, for the development and operation of a 15-hectare city center in Subangdaku, Mandaue City in Metropolitan Cebu.

AYALA-led property developer Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI) announced yesterday that it is planning to develop another business district in Cebu to cater to the growing demand for mixed-used development in the province.

CHI chairman Antonino Aquino said in a press conference they are confident Cebu can still host another business district as it has an economy “large enough for another city district development.”

Cebu Holdings Inc. and subsidiary Cebu Property Ventures Development Corporation recently donated brand new computers for Hipodromo Elementary School’s computer laboratory.  

CHI’s Information Systems Division Manager Suzette Go and Network and Systems Admin Manager Joseph Dee formally turned over the computers to school officials as part of the company’s Agbayay para sa Edukasyon program.

A Happy Walk around Cebu Business Park participated by kids and adults with Down Syndrome together with their families marked the celebration of the National Down Syndrome Consciousness Month. 

The Happy Walk last February 24 was organized by the Down Syndrome Association of the Philippines, Inc. to encourage parents with Down Syndrome to step up for downs and help change public perception about these kids with special needs.

The ACC Corporate Center will break ground at 4 in the afternoon today, January 30, 2013 at the west entry of Ayala Center Cebu. The ceremonies will be led by Ayala Land, Inc. president Antonino Aquino, and Cebu Holdings, Inc. president Francis Monera.

PROPERTY developer Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), through its high-end brand Ayala Land Premier (ALP) and subsidiary Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI), will build a 38-storey residential tower on top of Ayala Center Cebu’s soon-to-be-completed wing.

ALI president Antonino Aquino said ALI and CHI will allocate P7.5 billion over the next 12 months for the expansion of some of its projects in Cebu Park District, which includes the construction of Park Point Residences, ALP’s second high-end residential tower.

THE Ayala-run City Sports Club in Cebu City is investing P76 million to upgrade its facilities with an eye to get a bigger share of the growing market for  meetings,incentives, conventions and expositions (MICE).

“The scope of the renovation project includes the Sinulog Ballroom which we started in October last year and has already been completed. The board rooms are now in the Nook area which we started in March this year,” said Francis Monera, chairman of the City Sports Club.
