Obligations rated PRS Aaa are of the highest quality with minimal credit risk. The obligor’s capacity to meet its financial commitments on the obligation is extremely strong. PRS Aaa is the highest rating assigned by PhilRatings.

HOMEGROWN and publicly-listed Metro Retail Sales Group Inc. (MRSGI) has identified the Visayas as its main growth area in the next five years.

In a press conference yesterday, the Gaisano-led company formally announced that it will double its 400,000-square-meter footprint within five years.

“We will focus and open more stores in the Visayas,” said MRSGI chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) Frank Gaisano.

With Cebu's upgraded status as the seventh top outsourcing destination globally, CHI nears completion of the Ayala Center Cebu Tower, a 19-storey Grade-A building, that will cater to the office space requirements of BPO locators.
