Francis O. Monera

Francis O. Monera, Filipino, 56, has served as director of CHI and CPVDC since April 2006. He is currently the president of CHI and CPVDC. He was the chief operating officer of CHI before he was elected president of the Company effective January 1, 2007. He also holds the position of vice president of ALI. Before joining ALI, he was the AVP and corporate controller of Philippine National Construction Corporation. He served as president of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry from February 2006 to 2008. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and the vice president for the Visayas of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is presently the chairman of the board of the Cebu Educational Development Foundation for IT (CEDF-IT).He is also a member of the board of the Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority.
