Emilio J. Tumbocon

Emilio J. Tumbocon, Filipino, 54, has served as director of CHI since 2008. He is a senior vice president at ALI and a member of its management committee. He heads the ALI VisMin Group and concurrently, the technical services director of superblock projects.
