Executive Officers

Jose Maria D. Lopez, 50, Filipino, is currently the Project Development Head of Cebu Holdings, Inc. Concurrently, he serves as an Assistant Vice President in Ayala Land, Inc. assigned to the Strategic Planning Unit of the Strategic Landbank Management Group. He joined ALI in 1993 and has since then participated in the development of several ALI office retail and residential projects. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree major in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines in 1980.

Sheila Marie. U. Tan, Filipino, 42, is the Corporate Secretary of Cebu Holdings, Inc. Currently, she also holds the position of Corporate Secretary of Cebu Property Ventures & Development Corp., myAyala.Com, Inc., Ayala Theatres Management, Inc., Avida Land Corporation, Alabang Commercial Corporation, North Triangle Depot Commercial Corporation, Laguna Technopark, Inc., Makati Development Corporation and Ayala Property Management Corporation. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines where she finished BS Economics.

Ma. Clavel G. Tongco, CPA, 40, Filipino, serves as the Senior Division Head of the Commercial Center Business Group of Cebu Holdings, Inc. (Ayala Center Cebu). Before joining CHI, she was connected with Cebu Plaza Hotel (Pathfinder Holdings, Inc.) as General Accountant. Because of her dedication and perseverance at work, she was transferred to Alegre Beach Resort and promoted as Assistant Comptroller of the company. She joined CHI on 15 March 1993 as a Lease Administration Supervisor.

Laurence John I. Visco, Filipino, 44, serves as the Head of Marketing and Sales Division of Cebu Holdings, Inc. and Cebu Property Ventures & Development Corp. He is also a Division Manager of Ayala Land, Inc. Before joining ALI, he held various marketing and sales positions both here and abroad with leading companies which include: Procter & Gamble Phils., Inc., The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Coca-Cola Bottlers, Phils., Inc., Jollibee Foods Corporation - International Division, and Primeworld Digital Systems, Inc. – Pacific Internet.
