On the sixth year of implementation, the Company prepared for the second recertification assesment conducted on February 21-22, 2012, using the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards. CHI passed the audit, and the certifying body recommended the Company for recertification.
We take pride that we are one of the few real estate companies in the Philippines certified to these standards.
