We are presently looking for qualified candidates for the following:

  • Hiree will provide marketing support for new and existing townships and real estate projects including but not limited to branding, communication, market research and events management. 

    • A graduate of MS Management, Mass Communication, Marketing or any related field
    • Has at least 1 year related experience in real estate marketing
    • Knowledgeable in basic maketing principles, MS Office application and Adobe Photoshop
    • Has excellent time and project management, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Creative, motivated, collaborative and results-driven 
  • Successful hiree will be responsible for enhancing the brand value and quality of the product through land acquisition and land management. He or she shall ensure adherence to land acquisition policies and procedures in acquiring real properties. 

    • A graduate of any Business or Engineering-related course
    • Knowledgeable in Auto-CAD, environmental graphics & landscape design and surveying
    • Preferably a licensed Real Estate Broker and with legal background
    • Has excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills 
    • Assertive, persuasive, results-driven and highly motivated
    • Able to relate well with people from all levels
    • Proactive, a teamplayer and can work with minimum supervision
  • Hired candidate will be responsible in the administration of leases, evaluation of prospective clients and processing of merchants requests.

    • A graduate of any Business course
    • Has related work experience in commercial business/ retail industry
    • Has excellent negotiation, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Mature, resourceful and business-like in demeanor and attitude
    • A self-starter and able work independently and do multitasks
