INNOVATION AND DESIGN DEPARTMENT MANAGER (Licensed
Successful hiree will be involved in preparing and coordinating with external consultants (if outsourced) Technical Planning Inputs to Projects Development such as conceptual and schematic designs, architectural detailed designs for in house projects.
We are looking for Architecture degree holder, not over 40 years old. Must have 5 to 8 years experience in Architectural Design practice, preferably with sufficient experience in Horizontal (Subdivision Planning) and Vertical (Buildings- Office, Residential, Commercial/ Retail, Mixed-use) designs. He must have strong customer service orientation, excellent presentation and communication skills. Those with project management/construction management experience may also be considered.
