CHI sought to align its strategic management system, the Balanced Scorecard, with a system that conforms to international standards against which the companies system will be measured and evaluated.
The company strengthened its system by streamlining its processes, documenting and implementing procedures and best practices and subject these to regular reviews and assessments and eventually identify improvements on the organization's performance.
