Emilio J. Tumbocon, Filipino, is a Senior Vice-President, member of the Management Committee of Ayala Land, Inc.  and concurrently, serves as President of Ayala Property Management Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of ALI. He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1979 and finished his Masters in Business Administration at the same university in 1985. He also took the Construction Executive Program at Stanford University in 1987, the Senior Business Executive Program  in 1991 at the University of Asia and the Pacific, and The Executive Program at Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia in 1997.

• He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP’06) of the Project Management Institute, Past President of the Philippine Constructors Association, Inc. (PCA), a Trustee of the Construction Safety Foundation, Inc. and a Director of the Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club, Inc.
