Jaime I. Ayala,  Filipino, has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 2004.  He also serves as President and CEO of Ayala Land, Inc.  He joined ALI in January 2004 as Executive Vice President and member of the Management Committee.  Concurrently, he is Senior Managing Director of Ayala Corporation. He earned his MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business, graduating with honors in 1988. He completed his undergraduate work in 1984 at Princeton University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in Economics, with a minor in Engineering.

Francis O. Monera, Filipino, is currently the President and Director of Cebu Holdings, Inc. and Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Cebu Holdings, Inc. before he was elected President of the company effective January 1, 2007.  He also holds the position of Vice President of Ayala Land, Inc.  He has served as the President of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2006 - 2008.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree.  He finished MBA studies at the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business and attended an Executive Development Program at Harvard University Graduate School of Business.

Tumbocon, Filipino, is a Senior Vice-President, member of the Management Committee of Ayala Land, Inc.  and concurrently, serves as President of Ayala Property Management Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of ALI. He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1979 and finished his Masters in Business Administration at the same university in 1985. He also took the Construction Executive Program at Stanford University in 1987, the Senior Business Executive Program  in 1991 at the University of Asia and the Pacific, and The Executive Program at Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia in 1997.

She took MA Economics at University of the Philippines in 1978 and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in Fall 2005.

Fr. Roderick C. Salazar Jr., SVD, Filipino, has served as Director of Cebu Holdings, Inc. since 2005. He is currently the President of the University of San Carlos and the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) aside from being the Regional Director of CEAP Region VII, and the Chair of the Coordinating Council of Private Educational Associations (COCOPEA). He was ordained priest on June 21, 1974. He obtained the degrees Master of Arts in Philosophy from Divine Word Seminary, Tagaytay City in 1975, and Master of Arts in Mass Communication from University of Leicester, England in 1983. He took up doctoral studies in mass communication in the University of Leicester from 1983 to 1987.
